Add AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md for agent guidance

architecture with data flow diagram, module responsibilities,
functional boundaries, key constraints, known issues
- CLAUDE.md: redirect to AGENTS.md for Claude Code
- .gitignore: stop ignoring AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md
