xiaoxixi	3d580828b5	fix(runtime): harden persistence scheduling and shutdown ... Add versioned SQLite migrations, enforced runtime pragmas, and transactional message constraints. Claim scheduled jobs with durable leases, execute them concurrently within bounds, and commit completion atomically.
